About me

Hi! I am a certified social therapeutic coach and creative consultant and I help people and organizations help people and organizations unleash their human power and build meaningful relationships through group conversations, creativity and play. I am also a stage director, writer and a performer with 20+ years of experience in relational leadership, group coaching, social therapeutic and the performing arts. I use my creative license to build ensembles and develop opportunities of development with businesses, non profit organizations and schools. I am a French immigrant who has become an American, an activist dedicated to empowering women, LGBTQ communities, and humanity as a whole. I am also a rebellious and joyful Buddhist, and I bring this unique perspective into the mix. I live in Brooklyn, NY with my partner, Mike, our son, Camille, and daughter, Joséphine.

Who I work with

I work with individuals who aspire to have more creativity in their life. They enjoy a collaborative environment in which they feel supported to take risks and be challenged to grow out of their comfort zone. They are open to try new things and enjoy having people with different perspectives. Typically, the organizations that want the kind of work I offer are creative agencies, start up, progressive schools or non-profit organizations.

Additional information

I offer a monthly creative group in which people can come experience new creative skills (play, poetry, Qi Gong...).
I also offer a love and grief group for anyone who is experiencing loss in their life and want to find a creative and supportive way to create their life with loss.
