About me
I am a co-founder for a team of three coaches who take a very practical approach through a partnership with leaders to leaning into human-centered practices that increase alignment of purpose, values, processes and goals to enable results.
Having engaged with small, medium and large organizations in financial services, human resources, healthcare, retail, government, military and tech in both individual and system (team, group, organization), I help humans realize and grow their potential in their context. My experience in practices of flow, efficiency, business agility and value creation, I co-create scaffolding to enable human connection and collaboration for both joy in work and business success.
